About R10 Venue

R10 Venue is a multi-use event venue located along Route 10 (NB 10) at Long Creek, New Brunswick, Canada. It has been constructed with an eye to environmental conservation and features purpose built arenas and spaces that have been created through imaginative planning and construction among the trees of the forest contained on the site.
R10 Venue features a main event arena, Concert Arena, two smaller feature arenas and a space we call the Artisan Village which can be used for fairs, shows or as part of a larger festival for commercial use. A separate administration area has been provided remotely from the entertainment areas and both sections of the site are accessed by separate entrances. We also provide car parking space of over four acres for the convenience of our clients and visitors. A tree-lined pathway connects the car park to the arena area.
The Concert Arena and Food & Retail Area is adjacent to the main car park. Both areas are separate and set into the forest and are surrounded by trees. The Concert Arena has recently been expanded with multiple Exits and Entrance points for safe access and egress to the venue and the arena holds 25,000 to 30,000 people comfortably. There is a separate area for sound rigs and artist hospitality with VIP parking being also made available along with a separate area for coaches and buses.
The Concert Arena officially opened for The Long Creek Roundup event in July 2019. The show featured Country music star Easton Corbin and his band, Southern Halo and Tristan Horncastle who played to a large and appreciative audience who were enthused and thrilled with the whole experience of the event and the Venue. The natural acoustics provided by the forest ‘walls’ have to be experienced to be appreciated and it is a venue that is unrivalled and has been planned for the music aficionado who appreciates a quality audio and visual experience.
We hope the future will bring top name international and national artists of every genre and entertainment type and we also hope to be able to showcase new and upcoming artists to perform alongside them where possible. It is our intention to host several ‘one night only’ shows every year. We also offer a rental option for groups or enterprises wishing to bring events or shows to R10 Venue.

Covid 19 Update

Following a period of closely monitoring the current COVID situation and in conjunction with
Government health requirements and updates we sadly have no option but to cancel all events
booked for R10 Venue for 2021. This includes the Spirit of the South and We Believe Saint John –
The Concert events. The current health situation is too unstable to consider going ahead with
anything where the safety of all music fans is not guaranteed.
We would like to acknowledge the support and encouragement of everyone who has supported us in
this strange year and we can assure you that we are as disappointed as anyone could be that this
situation has arisen. However, we are comfortable in the knowledge that nothing we do will impact
negatively on anybody’s health and welfare and that has to be the benchmark that we set ourselves
every day.
Ticket refunds will be automatically returned to the card they were booked with. We expect this
process to begin immediately and to be complete within 2 weeks.
We were excited at the introduction of our new Club Rio initiative and hoped to kick this off in
September but the problems causing the relaxing of a return to some semblance of normality mean
that we cannot guarantee a date that we can set in stone so we have decided to close the entire
2021 season down completely.
We hope to be able to return next year with an equally good if not better line up of shows and we
pray that this health situation will be alleviated by that time. Until then please stay safe and well and
be aware of all safety protocols and we look forward to meeting you all in the music soon enough in
the future.

Thank you all,
Sheree Gillcrist
